Greatness and failures are two characteristics also in the eyes of a beholder. People see other people in two ways: their greatness made through accomplishments, successes, passion, energy, and hard work, or their failures in everyday routine, distastefulness towards their character, or simple ill-willed thoughts and opinions.
The one who sees greatness in others is a great person indeed. For the second, it is a reflection of self-insecurity and hatefulness. Someone who cannot come to terms with inner-peace.

There's is another type--the one who simply doesn't care. But in a grander sense of things, YOU should not care about what others think, because in the end it doesn't matter. It's simple as that.

You don't have to like someone, but don't disrespect anyone. Never bring anyone down for your own satisfaction and reassurance of your opinions.

Treasure the first person, ditch the second, and the third doesn't matter.
