Steps to Change: The Ladder of Growth Model

If you want more, there needs to be change. These are a compilation of phases to go through when you are setting goals for change in your life. I'd rather think of it as a ladder, or climbing this ladder. Because when you change, it's generally for the better, right? Reach for the top.

Set a goal. 
Determine if you will value the goal.
Find a mentor.
Make new habits in everyday.. Do little bits of work here and there for that goal.
Be patient. Stay patient.
Keep working at it although you've failed.
Stay inspired.
Believe in yourself.
Find people who believe in you. Who want you to succeed. 
Re-asses your journey towards that goal.
Stay inspired, again.
Talk to your mentor. 
Make better habits now. Make more change.
Don't give up--you're more than halfway, look at you now.
There will be down times. But I promise there will be better times.
To want something is to change something in your life. It's nothing but work.
But it's work that will lead you to a better life.
So work work work.
Keep working,
Get some sleep.
Believe. You are inspiring.
Almost there. Give it your all 100% of the time. Never half-ass anything. Full-ass it.
Full-ass all the way even though you're tired.
At 95% now. Keep hustling.
You made it.
Rest, rejuvenate, realize the little you need to be happy.
The journey was the big part, making it to the top is the success.

More ladders. You are creating a library of ladders.
Start over. Set a new goal. More change. More growth.
You've done it once, you have the willpower to do it again.
